Your Questions Answered

What is the warranty?

From time to time, issues come up. Thankfully, the parts we provide are installed under our 2 year, 24,000 mile warranty in addition to the manufacturers' warranty. That being said, don't hesitate to give us a call if you have any issues or concerns with any of the parts that we have installed. We are also part of the TechNet nationwide warranty which can handle claims locally and otherwise.

What vehicles do you repair?

We work on mostly anything that has a set of wheels on it. Most of our work is on a typical gas vehicle, but we can work on vehicles such as diesels, motorhomes, heavy duty vehicles, and more! The best thing to do if you second guess it is just give us a call.

Do you charge for estimates?

All of the vehicles that come into our shop go through a limited courtesy inspection that includes looking at the brakes, the tread life on the tires, and the condition of the fluids. With some of the more specific tasks we have different price points available depending on how demanding each job can be.

How long do I wait between oil changes?

We recommend getting oil changes done every 3,000 miles or 3 months, whichever comes first. Over the years we have seen better performance and life of the engine with this type of frequency.

What should I take a look at before going on a roadtrip?

It is always good to make sure you have proper fluid levels. It is also good to make sure that you have proper tire pressure according to your specific size of tire. You are more than welcome to stop in and we can look over those things for you as well.

Can you work with insurance or warranty companies?

Yes! We have done loads of work with warranty companies and insurances on a variety of jobs. All we need from you is the contact information and the paperwork assigned with your vehicle so that we can talk to the right people.
